Job Summary

The Recruiting Manager role will spearhead a collaborative effort to identify, attract, and hire top talent to contribute to the institute's diverse and dynamic workforce. This role will involve leading and facilitating the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to ensuring a smooth pre-boarding experience. This role's primary focus will be to support hiring needs and ensure the seamless execution of compliant recruiting processes. Additionally, play a crucial role in setting employee goals, assessing performance, providing constructive feedback, and making pay recommendations. This multifaceted position requires a strategic approach to talent acquisition, emphasizing the importance of aligning recruitment efforts with organizational goals and maintaining compliance as we scale the operational capabilities of recruiting team. This dynamic role emphasizes the importance of fostering effective communication and collaboration across various stakeholders within the institute, including Institute leadership, hiring managers, vendors, and staff. This position will supervise: Assigned Staff Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 -
Implement talent acquisition best practices that support the overall objectives and talent needs across the Institute, ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal law and Georgia Tech and USG policies and procedures including making recommendations as necessary. Proactively identify and streamline processes to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment workflow Job Duty 2 -
Define, track, analyze, and extract meaningful insights to develop reporting metrics to drive and scale effective talent acquisition strategies and ensure data-drive recruiting decisions. Utilize data to implement and monitor effectiveness of recruiting strategies that improve compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP) Job Duty 3 -
Build self-sustaining relationships with HR partners and Institute leaders. Serve as a strategic partner to deliver coaching and consulting services to support talent acquisition practices that contribute to the Institute's strategy. Advise HR partners and campus leaders on talent acquisition practices and initiatives that drive results Job Duty 4 -
Manage, direct, and develop talent acquisition professionals including setting goals, directing day-to-day assignments, coaching, and providing performance development and feedback Job Duty 5 -
Partner with stakeholders to formulate, create alignment, and implement the recruiting brand strategy. Work cross-functionally to develop a comprehensive strategy for attracting, engaging, and onboarding top engineering, research, and scientific talent Job Duty 6 -
Oversee the daily workflow of department and fills senior-level positions in science and technology, as well as positions in operations and management Job Duty 7 -
Lead, coordinate, and support talent acquisition programs and projects such as Temporary Staffing, Executive Search, Sourcing, RFP Management, and Recruitment Systems Job Duty 8 -
Works closely with Director Talent Acquisition to consult, share best-practices, provide assistance on critical hiring needs, and coordinate national level hiring initiatives while developing new strategies and programs to attract candidates

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Required Experience
Five to seven years of job-related Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting for engineering, scientific, and/or laboratory roles. Experience in research environment in a large, complex organization. Preferred Educational Qualifications
Engineering Degree preferable Preferred Experience
Six to eight years of job-related experience, with at least four years of supervisory experience Preferred Qualifications

o This is a supervisory position and may require travel
o Excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong experience in recruiting processes and
