Civil Litigation Attorney

A growing law firm in Fresno, with seasoned attorneys, considered experts in litigation throughout the Central Valley area, seeks an associate attorney with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join its expanding team. Our prestigious law firm primarily focuses on construction, trust, and business litigation in federal and state courts throughout Northern California.

Due to the large number of active cases primarily in the Central Valley area, we are looking to add members to the team immediately as litigation associates. Hence, this is the perfect opportunity to get experience and exposure working with powerhouse attorneys focusing on both plaintiffs-side and defendants-side litigation.

Hiring Criteria:

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Preferred: Experience in civil litigation, including experience in one or more of the following: discovery in the civil litigation context, oral advocacy and appearing in Court, motion practice, and taking/defending depositions.
• Candidates must be able to travel occasionally.
• A positive attitude and interest in joining a highly successful firm and collegial group of 3 attorneys dedicated to helping associates gain experience.
