Construction Manager- Multi Family

Construction Manager Position Overview:
The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. The Construction Manager will coordinate with subcontractors and other related personnel to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage construction budgets, schedules, and project costs.
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors, and monitor compliance with contractual agreements.
Oversee property inspections and compliance with building codes.
Source and evaluate vendors and subcontractors for construction projects.
Monitor and manage the construction process, including the construction schedule, cap-ex projects, and RFI's.
Prepare and review project documents and reports.
Ensure quality control and safety standards are adhered to.
Monitor project costs and adjust plans accordingly.
Manage weekly look-aheads and schedule updates.
Prepare regular project status reports.
Coordinate with other departments regarding multi-family projects. Qualifications:
Knowledge of local building codes and permit process. 
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
Detail-oriented and organized with excellent problem-solving skills. 
Knowledge of schedules, contracts and other project documents. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Benefits
