We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled General Liability/Construction Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team! * Licensed to practice in California
* The ideal candidate will have experience in Commercial General Liability (CGL), Professional Liability, First Party Property, and Builders Risk experience
* Employment Practices Liability, Subcontractor Default Insurance, Wrap-Ups (OCIP and CCIP), Labor Guard TM, Delay in Completion, Directors & Officers and Pollution experience preferred
* Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
