Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year plus variable comp incentives up to 20% We are a leader and one of the fastest growing companies in Fairfax transforming outdoor areas into beautiful, functional spaces, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Fairfax, VA. Our services include deck waterproofing, deck facelifts, deck reflooring, new builds, enclosures, and exterior finishes. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Project Manager to ensure our projects run smoothly, efficiently, and within budget. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, aiding in the acquisition of necessary permits, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate clear and consistent communication. Maintaining accurate project records, coordinating the delivery and usage of materials, and monitoring project progress and quality are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or experience in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred in lieu of degree. A minimum of 1 year of experience in construction project coordination or a related field is required. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, is also important. We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 with potential incentives adding up to 20%,
