Job Title: Part-Time SketchUp Specialist

As we expand our operations, we are looking for a talented SketchUp Specialist to join our team on a part-time or project-based basis to create detailed construction prints.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SketchUp Specialist to produce detailed and accurate construction prints for our various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using SketchUp for architectural and construction purposes, with an eye for precision and detail.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using SketchUp based on architectural plans, sketches, and specifications.
• Develop comprehensive construction prints that include dimensions, annotations, and detailed views.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Make revisions to models and prints as needed based on feedback and project changes.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for all projects.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a SketchUp Specialist, Drafter, or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and related software (e.g., LayOut, AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction drawings and terminology.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Availability to work on a part-time or project-based schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in SketchUp or related software.
• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling).
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
