The Link to Life-Saving Care.  CereCore is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Brentwood, TN. This individual will work at one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare. Summary:
The Senior Integration Analyst is a part of the Physician Services Group organization of HCA Healthcare. This technically focused position with the Interface team is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting interfaces across the enterprise. This goal will be achieved by working with cross-functional business teams and utilizing BizTalk, Cloverleaf, HL7 Standards, Microsoft SQL Server, and other tools. The Senior Integration Analyst is responsible for interface configuration creation, interface support, administrative tasks, and managing the lifecycle of interface development projects at PSG. As a Senior Interface Engineer, it is expected for automation opportunities to be evaluated from both customer submissions as well as an in-depth working knowledge of various systems in-use and broad understanding of PSG objectives. In this role you will:

• The Senior Integration Analyst will collaborate with Business Customers, Department Heads, and Project teams, as well as support and develop subject matter knowledge for HL7 integration solutions. 
• The Senior Integration Analyst will ensure the effective design, build, deployment, documentation and maintenance of interfaces within the environment.
• Participates in strategic design, construction and implementation of solutions in the EMR environment.

Requirements:

• SQL Server, Oracle or other DBMS required.
• Experience in other ANSI SQL languages required (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres).
• Expertise in HL7 messaging standards required. (ADT, DFT, ORU, ORM, etc.).
• Experience in data acquisition, data cleansing and parsing required.
• Experience in data analysis required.
• Strong understanding of information systems that support an enterprise infrastructure (Networking Terminology, Servers, Hardware, Databases) 
• Experience using Interface engines (Cloverleaf, BizTalk, Mirth, etc.)
• Experience using HL7 testing and analysis tool such as HL7spy.
• Experience with code repositories such as GitHub and TFS.

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of Clinical and Financial Applications.
• Knowledge of EMR or Practice Management Systems such as E-Clinical Works, Medicity, Epic, GE Centricity, NextGen, etc.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, CCDA, or FHIR
• Actively participates in application design sessions.
• Seasoned data professional and subject matter expert with a full understanding of data tools and concepts; ability to resolve a wide range of highly complex issues in creative ways.
• Experience in FHIR API standards.
• Experience in scripting languages such as Powershell, Python, UNIX shell scripting, etc.
