Senior Estimator - Civil Construction

Job Title: Senior Estimator
Job Location: Brecksville, OH
Job Salary: $90k - $110k + Benefits
Requirements: Civil Construction, Estimator, Natural & Synthetic Turfs, Athetic Fields Based in Brecksville, OH, we are a turnkey sports specific general contractor, specializing in construction of both high-performance natural grass and synthetic turf systems, running tracks, lighting systems, bleachers, scoreboards, fencing, and all other components of sports facilities. Due to growth, we are looking for a Senior Estimator to join our team! Must have 5+ years of experience as an Estimator with a Civil Construction and General Contracting background. Experience working with HCSS or similar estimating software is preferred. MS Office experience is required. If you are an Estimator with experience, please read on!

What You Will Be Doing

- Interpret/analyze/review project manuals, plans and specifications. Create, update, and organize bid folders.
- Perform takeoffs, write RFP/RFQ for subcontractors/suppliers
- Create estimates in HCSS HeavyBid and create proposal letters
- Prepare bid submittals and coordinate preconstruction efforts with project managers

What You Need for this Position

Must Have Skills: 
1.) 5+ years as a Construction Estimator
2.) Civil Construction and General Contracting background (preferrably natural & synthetic turfs, athetic fields, etc.)
3.) HCSS or similar estimating software
4.) MS Office experience
