Qualifications: * Civil Engineering, Construction Management, degrees or similar.
* 10-15 years of experience in heavy civil and/or highway construction.
* Experience with DOT and federal proposal writing.
* Possession of a CA Professional Engineer license is advantageous.. Professional Skills: * Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
* Proficiency with CAD, B2W Estimating, Primavera Scheduling Software, and Agtek Takeoff Software.
