Senior Project Manager Career Opportunity in
Cleveland, OH! Come to work with this exciting Engineering Technology Consulting Firm as a Senior Project Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for successfully executing projects for clients and providing leadership to the entire project team. Must be self-driven, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally and effectively at all levels. Have experience of planning, organizing, estimating, directing, and coordinating technical work, obtain cooperation from others, and work on several projects simultaneously. Reports to the President, Vice President, or Division Manager for functional guidance and direction.
What Will You Be Doing?

• Project execution includes proposal development and presentation, management of project resources, project budgets and forecasting, schedule management, project engineering, installation, start-up, and project closure. Identify project risks and work with team to mitigate issues.
• Maintain contact with clients. Meet regularly with existing clients to discuss current projects, evaluate firm performance, and identify other business opportunities either with them or through referrals.
• Assist clients with project viability, payback, and justification.
• Develop business potential through client contact and active promotion of the capabilities and availability of the firm.
• Develop and mentor project engineers and support staff. Assemble project team and delegate tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate team members.
• Develop, improve, and utilize workflows, systems, policies, and procedures that support PTS objectives and best practices.
• Coordinate and develop engineering estimates, proposals, and project cost estimates.
• Create bid specifications for installation contractors, conduct bid meetings, evaluate bids, and make recommendations.
• Create specifications for specialty equipment and materials.
• Schedule, document and conduct periodic reviews of the project with respect to schedule, construction cost, and profit.
• Responsible for coordinating project closeout and customer documentation.
• Up to 75% travel is possible but not all the time!

What Do You Need To Be Successful?

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other technical degree.
• A minimum fifteen (15) years of experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and MS Project.
• Familiarity with CAD software functions and abilities, preferably AutoCAD.
• Food and Beverage experience is preferred, but not required!

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity in Cleveland, Ohio.
Salary: Between $100,000 and $125,000 per year.
