Store Engineering Inventory Coordinator

Kwik Trip Inc. Our Store Engineering Department is responsible for new store construction, store remodeling, equipment upgrades, and maintenance. We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, detailed orientated individual to join our team as an Inventory Specialist. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in the inventory process and provide information analysis and cycle counts of item inventory at all Store Engineering campus facilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Update and maintain software information to accurately reflect both item and inventory level profiles at each campus location.
• Communicate with the Inventory Control Coordinators, Buyers, and production department managers to ensure software is properly updated to match current inventory methods at each location.
• Perform cycle or beginning item counts as needed.
• Work with support center departments, training others or assisting in creating instructions on inventory procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED
• At least two years of prior retail experience and familiarity of inventory processes
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and general computer literacy
• Effective communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of Kwik Trip building fixtures and store equipment
• Ability to prioritize and multitask to provide quality results
• Knowledge of rotating assets within a warehouse layout

Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
