Submittal Clerk with USACE RMS Experience

Essential Functions:
Aid project field inspectors and engineers with the maintenance and issuance of contract documents.
Consolidate and enter data into various Excel spreadsheets.
Organize, file, and maintain inspection records and department logs.
Transmit records, reports, and submittals through Document Control.
Review quality related subcontractor monthly invoicing for payment.
Schedule tests and inspections.
Assist quality and project management as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Previous Quality Engineering and/or General construction knowledge is preferred.
Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook and Word.
Proficiency in Excel.
Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.
A/R experience. Ability to work with subcontractors on invoicing discrepancies.
Ability to think analytically.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain orderly physical and electronic filing systems. Required Education and Experience:
High School or GED
2 years clerical experience or related office experience
Construction Quality Control experience
Expected salary range for this position is $55,000
