Superintendent -Construction

Position Overview: The Superintendent will be responsible for the on-site management of commercial construction, multi-family or education projects. This position requires a strong understanding of the construction process, including construction codes, and the ability to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, motivate, and lead project personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure a safe, productive, and efficient job site
• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and cost control
• Ensure quality control of all construction activities, and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes
• Develop and maintain good relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Review all drawings and documents to ensure that the work is completed according to the specifications
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the course of a project
• Ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction or related field
• At least five years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in multi-family projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of construction codes, regulations, and other applicable laws
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a variety of tasks simultaneously
