Superintendent - Industrial Construction

Job Title: Superintendent
Location: Cocoa, FL
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent with extensive experience in industrial construction, particularly in steel erections, rigging, lifting, demolition, and welding fabrication. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects while ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, including foremen, crews, and subcontractors.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence among project teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial construction, with a focus on steel erections, rigging, lifting, demolition, and welding fabrication.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour, AWS Welding Certification) preferred
