Window Sub Contractor

Statewide Remodeling is hiring experienced Window Sub Contractors immediately! We are searching for established contractors who have home, condo, apartment, remodeling or construction experience.

The main duties include: 

• Install residential replacement windows according to Statewide standards and procedures 
• Apply finish work as needed for every application 
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments 
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion 
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect 

Qualifications:  

• 3 years of replacement Window experience
• Knowledge of Residential Replacement Windows
• Established LLC or Business
• Must have General Liability and preferred to have Workers Comp
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
