Customer Service Account Manager - High-Tech Problem Solver

In This Role, You Will:

  • Order Orchestrator: Process and manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
  • Logistics Liaison: Coordinate and expedite shipments, keeping customers informed of delivery timelines.
  • Quoting Confidence: Generate accurate and competitive quotes for customers.
  • Sales Support Superhero: Collaborate seamlessly with our sales team to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy Master: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and our internal order processing software (SL Dynamics) is a must.

You Are a Perfect Fit If You Have:
