Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


CBRE Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a full-time, remote work position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Provide strategic guidance to clients on best practices and solutions to drive business growth - Develop and implement account plans to achieve and exceed key performance indicators and objectives - Analyze and report on key metrics to track account performance and identify areas for improvement - Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress and address any concerns or challenges - Stay current on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients - Participate in cross-functional teams to support overall business goals and initiatives


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - Proven track record of success in a client-facing role, preferably in account management or customer support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Motivated and hardworking with a positive attitude
