Auto Service Advisor

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTO SERVICE ADVISOR

As an Auto Service Advisor, you are the face of our business. When customers enter, you greet them with a smile. You handle phone calls, answer questions, and schedule appointments. When our customers need services, you upsell them and prepare accurate cost estimates. You also assign jobs to our technicians and manage their productivity. Always attentive to detail, you inspect the work of our technicians, ensuring proper quality control. Additionally, you handle daily checkouts. You get great satisfaction from completing successful sales and love providing our clients with excellent customer service!

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in an independent or aftermarket shop
• Valid driver's license
• Sales skills

Fluency in both English and Spanish would be a plus. Are you a good team player? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Can you manage a variety of tasks effectively? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!

WORK SCHEDULE

This sales position is full-time and typically works Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM . No weekends or evening shifts ever!
