Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling service appointments, providing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Your role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Responsibilities:**

• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow.
• Provide detailed cost estimates and explanations of needed repairs and services.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Follow up with customers on service status and notify them of any changes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our service offerings and promotions.

**Requirements:**

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using dealership management software.
• Valid driver’s license.
