Automotive Service Receptionist Cashier

BMW and MINI of the Main Line is seeking energetic, team minded and dependable individuals for an entry level Service Receptionist. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing the ultimate customer experience. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for greeting service customers, answering service calls, cashing out customers, maintaining a cash drawer, scanning service documents and providing general departmental support as required. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the fast-paced service team
• Greet customers as they enter the dealership in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer incoming service calls
• Process payments, maintain transaction records and balance cash drawer
• Scan service documents while enuring legal and warranty compliance
• Maintain personal appearance standards set by the dealership

Specific Skills required:

• Superior customer service attitude - prior experience in customer service is ideal
• Positive energy to greet customers, quickly identify their needs and communicate with the Service Team
• High motivation to listen, identify and satisfy our customer's needs
• Ability to work within a team, maintaining focus and attention to detail at all times
• Excellent opportunity to move into other roles at the dealership
