Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

CST Brands is seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Assistant to join our team in a remote work position in San Antonio, Texas. As an Entry Level Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally. This role requires a driven individual with a strong work ethic who is eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy - Accurately enter customer information and details of interactions into the database - Resolve customer issues or escalate to the appropriate department for further assistance - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met satisfactorily - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals and targets - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery - Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement to enhance overall customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role preferred - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues - Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems - Demonstrated innovation and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances - Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills - Ability to work independently in a remote work environment and collaborate with team members virtually - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
