Job Description:

As a Call Center Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance via phone. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
  3. Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and guiding them through problem-solving steps.
  4. Handle customer complaints effectively, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
  5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  7. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  8. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers.
  9. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.

Job Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center technology.
  6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
