As a Call Center Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking assistance via phone. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and guiding them through problem-solving steps.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
