Call Center - Customer Service Rep - Remote

We are currently seeking dedicated and professional Customer Service Representatives who are residents of Florida. This is a full-time remote position where you will be part of a dynamic team, dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. Ideal candidates should have prior call center experience and be equipped with a quiet home office setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide customer service that meets both company standards and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure first call resolution.
Maintain adherence to scheduled breaks, lunches, and work schedules to ensure consistent service levels.
Operate within company-required metrics including average handle time and quality monitoring scores.
Requirements: Must be a current resident of Florida and able to work remotely.
Prior experience in a call center environment is required.
Knowledgeable about call center operations and metrics such as average handle time, quality monitoring, and adherence to schedules.
Must possess your own computer with a camera, a headset, and a smartphone, along with high-speed internet access.
Able to work in a distraction-free home environment and commit to a full-time schedule.
Training and Schedule: Initial Training: Two weeks of classroom training (9 AM to 5:30 PM).
Nesting Period: Following training, two weeks of nesting will occur, with schedules aligned to that of a mentor (between Monday and Friday, 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM).
Regular Hours: Post-nesting, the standard schedule will be Monday through Friday, 11 AM to 7:30 PM.
