Job Description - Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Cincinnati Financial is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team. This position will be remote and based in San Antonio, Texas, US. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in call center management, the ideal candidate will be independent, hardworking, and possess strong project management and analysis skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficiency - Develop and implement strategies to improve processes, increase productivity, and achieve key performance indicators - Lead a team of call center representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance - Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with other departments to improve communication and streamline processes - Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters creativity, motivation, and growth


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - 6+ years of experience in call center management or a similar role - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions - Exceptional communication and leadership abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and call center software - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team
