Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and resourceful Call Center Officer to join our team at Sanmina in Fort Worth, Texas. This position will be a remote work opportunity, providing support to customers over the phone. As an Associate Level employee, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, product support, and issue resolution - Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor - Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems and find appropriate solutions - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Deliver presentations to customers as required

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers - Proficiency in using call center software and computer systems - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Critical thinking skills to analyze situations and provide effective solutions - Presentation skills to deliver information in a clear and engaging manner
