Job Description:
Supervalu is seeking a motivated and driven Call Center Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote work based in Charlotte, North Carolina, US. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and complaints - Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize company resources to effectively address customer concerns and provide accurate information - Document all interactions with customers accurately in the customer relationship management system - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Meet or exceed call center metrics and goals set by management - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong negotiation and decision-making skills - Driven and goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work remote and have a home office set up - Must be comfortable with a flexible work schedule
