Call Center Service Consultant Location Honolulu, HI (Kalihi-Palama area) :

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking customer-focused, detail-oriented, goal-driven Service Consultant (Call Center Agent) to join our Call Center Team. This role offers a kick-start into the world of banking, where you get to learn about various areas of the bank and how to utilize resources to respond to customers' inquiries. You'll gain a foundational knowledge base to build a successful career in the banking industry.
The Call Center is conveniently located at our Kamehameha Industrial Center in the Kalihi-Dillingham area. If you have the passion and problem-solving skills to help our customers with their financial needs, are technically savvy to learn and use new computer systems to support our customer needs, and share our core values of Collaboration, Character, & Caring , then we want to talk to you!
- Pay range is $20.00 - $23.00 /hr. and up; commensurate with experience.
- Must be available to start by Monday, July 1, 2024
- Only daytime work hours for a better work life balance, with hours of Operation 7 am - 7 pm, 7 days a week.
- Must be open to training Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm for the first 3 months of employment. Shift will be 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, including Saturday or Sunday, upon completion of training.
