Cfo service maintenance

CFO - Manhattan, NY - Service & Maintenance Our team is working exclusively with a lower middle market privately owned industrial company to hire a CFO to their team. This opportunity is open due to growth within the organization and will work with the co owners of the business in their plan to scale the operation. Responsibilities:

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
• Improve financial reporting processes and ensure proper accounting systems in accordance with GAAP.
• Leads audit process and drive to audit close, including relationship with outside auditor and reporting to board.
• Ensure all regulatory reporting requirements are met and execution of adequate internal controls
• Participate and lead in the analysis of current company business operations and future business plans.
  

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with SAP
• Experience within a Manufacturing, Construction, & Engineering environment
