Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at Ameriprise Financial. This is a remote work position based in Indianapolis, Indiana, US. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Develop and implement client retention strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor client feedback and take necessary actions to address any issues or concerns - Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on client relations activities and outcomes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field - Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management and critical thinking abilities - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
