Our organization is looking for an entry-level Client Services Associate to join our customer service team. As a Client Services Associate, you will communicate with clients in person and provide them with great help and service. You will give customers with information about the charities we represent and answer any questions they may have.
Your goal will be to develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients by offering quality and professional service. You will also collect and analyze client input, preferences, needs, and behavior in order to build and implement new sales and marketing strategies. You'll also keep track of client information and sales efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities of a Client Services Associate:
- Establish excellent working connections with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve client inquiries to ensure that their requirements are addressed and that they are satisfied with the service delivered.
- Collect client comments, needs, and preferences to design sales-growth strategies.
- Give team members and new recruits advice and help.
- Create promotional offers for potential customers.
- Ensure that monthly and annual sales targets are met.
- Keep an accurate record of present and potential clients.
- Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
- Ensure that clients receive high-quality service and an enjoyable experience across all departments.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, business administration, communications, or a related profession is desirable.
- Prior job experience in customer service or client management is preferred.
