Responsibilities:

· Working with the Client Services Project Manager to ensure all local and national accounts are being taken care of.

· On the phone all day with customers communicating technicians arrival, update on parts, and planning for the next day in regards to scheduling.

· Having an understanding of pending projects and jobs and making sure all is communicated correctly to the customer and technicians.

· Taking incoming phone calls and setting up service work orders to dispatch and coordinate throughout the day.

· Working with the inside sales and operations teams to ensure we are all moving in the same direction with the work we are performing and planning for the future.

· Periodically, strategizing with team members and technicians to create the most comprehensive solutions for our customers.

· Spending time to get to know the technician’s skill set to ensure we are sending the proper technician to provide the most value and best solution.

· Spending time learning more about HVAC and Plumbing systems to become an expert.

Qualifications:

· (2 -10) years Mechanical background experience emphasizing Plumbing and HVAC preferred.

· An insatiable attitude to learn the business, and work as a TEAM to achieve and supersede goals.

· The ability to complete tasks and keep others informed with customer updates and time frames.

· Must be able to very proficient in communicating and giving much detail to customers, technicians, and operations.

· An expertise in customer service and problem solving at all times.

· Must be DETAIL oriented, consisting of multi-tasking at all times and your execution is pivotal to our business.

· Must be  reliable  and understand the importance of punctuality (start time 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM).

· Understanding of stringent time frames to get multiple tasks done and succeed consistently.

· Ability to be flexible and help out where and as needed for TEAM IMCOR.
