Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Support Assistant to join our team at Motorola Solutions. This is a full-time remote position based in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level role should have at least 2 years of experience in a client support or customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in maintaining client databases and records - Identify opportunities for improvement in our client support processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Communicate client feedback to relevant teams within the organization
Requirements: - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients - Creativity and innovation in problem-solving - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
