Construction Superintendent

Construction Superintendent – High-End Custom Builder – Base Salary to 100k/year – Princeton, NJ

• Our client is a stable 90+ Year History High-End Custom Builder serving the Greater Philadelphia Area with an office located in the Phoenixville, PA Area and is seeking a Construction Superintendent .
• The Construction Superintendent will work in a casual, collaborative work environment and will help build our clients’ extensive portfolio of prestigious projects that includes retirement communities, private schools, religious institutions, commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, and high-end custom homes.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction, including scheduling subcontractors, resolving day-to-day issues, and inspecting work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients as well as proactively communicate deadlines, expectations, and critical issues.
• Take responsibility to ensure a safe and injury-free jobsite.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Construction Management experience
• Experience managing projects in the institutional, retirement communities, churches, commercial, and/or high-end custom homebuilding markets in the 1 MM - 10MM range
• Proficiency in Procore preferred

Compensations:

• Base salary to 100k/year dependent on experience
