Contract Engineering Recruiter

We are seeking a Recruiter who will manage and support full life cycle recruitment for various Propulsion Engineering roles within Beehive Industries Propulsion Division. This is a remote role and will be up to a 2-4 month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Sources qualified candidates through various networking channels through-out social media 
• Works as a reliable partner for Hiring Managers, proactively reaches out to provide weekly updates and feedback
• Builds a pipeline of candidates for very specific skill sets that are needed for critical roles
• Manages candidates who apply on the applicant tracking system
• Ensures that communication with candidates is reflective of Beehive Industries values and culture

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full life-cycle experience in a dynamic/fast paced in-house recruitment role recruiting for growing organizations
• Must have at least 3+ years of experience in recruitment for Propulsion Engineering roles within the aviation and aerospace industry.
• A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team
• Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent
• Source and engage passive candidates through alternative search tech
• Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent
• Build a solid pipeline of applicants for a variety of roles within our Propulsion division
• Proactive approach and thinking outside the box
• Ability to work independently
• Recruitment agency experience preferred, but not required

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the hourly salary range for this position is $50-75 an hour. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
