Ground Zero Plumbing & AC, LLC. of Gilbert, AZ is looking to hire a full-time CSR (Customer Service Representative) / Dispatcher to tend to our care service needs. This CSR /Dispatcher position starts at a competitive wage of $18-$20/hour and you will enjoy working a full-time schedule from Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm with rotating weekends. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CSR (CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE)/ DISPATCHER

In this vital customer service role, you are the detail person! We cannot provide our clients with the very best in HVAC and plumbing services without you being attentive to details and keeping our office running smoothly. And, your friendly customer care by phone and email makes our clients happy to do business with us.

As a Dispatcher, schedule calls in order to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You forecast days and weeks ahead to keep all employees working and on track. Over the phone, you inform clients of arrival times and ensure that they are notified ahead of time about any delays. And, as necessary, you reschedule appointments. You are a people person who is also good at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant experience of 3+ years
• Proficient computer and phone skills
