Job Description - CSR - Customer Service Representative -- Remote
As a Customer Service Representative, you are at the heart of our operations and will act as the first point of contact for our customers through phone, email, and live chat. Your role is vital in ensuring our customers have a pleasant and productive experience by addressing their questions regarding products, services, and pricing, and by solving issues with enthusiasm and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to resolve inquiries via phone, email, and chat efficiently and effectively. Provide detailed information and answers to queries about product features, pricing, and availability. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and facilitate the scheduling of appointments for medical records. Perform accurate data entry across various platforms to maintain and update customer information and interaction logs. What We're Looking For: A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Strong command of English, both written and verbal. Bilingual abilities are a plus. A professional demeanor with superior phone etiquette, communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
