* Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.
* Maintain a positive attitude, exhibit strong customer service skills, and work well with others.
* Proficiency in Buildertrend is strongly preferred.
* Provide expertise in understanding the full scope of construction processes, from field operations to estimating. Qualifications: * 5+ years of construction experience, with significant field roles before transitioning to estimating.
* Proven experience in conducting itemized take-offs for residential projects, especially in the semi-custom and custom home sector.
* In-depth understanding of the entire construction process, from the ground up to project completion.
* Familiarity with both semi-custom and custom building practices.
* Flexibility and adaptability to make adjustments as project requirements evolve.
