As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Managing day to day field activities to ensure that the project milestone dates and overall schedule completion is met.
• Overall site supervision to meet Productivity and Budget Goals
• Overall site supervision to verify required quality of finished project
• Jobsite Health/Safety Training and Controls
• Training Subcontractors in proper methods
• Arranging and passing all municipal inspections

Requirements

• 3 years of related experience working on custom residential construction projects as a Superintendent
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with project team, customers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and employees at all levels of the organization.
• Extensive knowledge of established construction practices, procedures, and techniques as well as applicable local, state and federal building codes.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, budget, change orders, safety standards, plans specifications, shop drawings, blue prints, submittals, manufacturer’s literature, contract documents and specifications, and schedules.
• Understand construction scheduling and sequencing, and cost control.
• Thorough and attentive to details; extremely organized and able to prioritize and multitask.
