• Utilize industry-leading software tools such as Builder Trend, PlanGrid, and Apple products, along with a provided laptop, to efficiently manage and track project progress.
• Oversee the construction of multifamily high-end residential and commercial projects with values in the multi-million-dollar ranges.
• Foster a client-focused approach, maintaining effective communication with clients throughout the construction process and ensuring their vision and expectations are met.
• Push the envelope in terms of quality and attention to detail, ensuring that all work is executed to the highest standards of excellence.

Qualifications:
