Responsibilities:

• Possess a high level of understanding surrounding customized Jeeps, 4x4 lifts, and aftermarket Jeep accessories.
• Efficiently perform repair tasks outlined in work orders and adhere to dealership standards.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to test vehicle components and systems.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional service requirements and provide estimates for additional repairs.
• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new automotive technologies.
• MO State Inspector License.
