Customer Care Advocate- $/hr

Vaco Memphis is looking to hire a Customer Care Representative for an established Pool company in Memphis. The ideal candidate will be friendly, customer oriented, handle inbound/outbound customer calls and contacts including account inquiries, complaints or support calls.

Responsibilities:

• Confer daily with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
• Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person
• Complete forms, change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders
• Investigate and work with designated departments on customer grievances to satisfactorily resolve customer issues
• Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, arrange for billing
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of issue investigation results or any planned adjustments
• Recommend improvements in products, service, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years call center or customer service experience
• Managing social media platforms is a plus!
