Customer Care Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team at AutoNation. This is a remote work position based in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement - Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed - Generate sales leads and promote additional products/services to customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with empathy - Independent and able to work efficiently in a remote environment - Innovative and able to think creatively to solve customer problems - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
