With friendliness, professionalism, integrity, a great sense of urgency and care, the Customer Experience Specialist defines each Diventures customer's experience by demonstrating genuine interest and a sincere desire to know and understand each customer's unique needs and aspirations; making product and service recommendations that best serve the customer's interests.
