• Outbound calls to members.
• Perform assessments via phone
• Escalates cases to clinical team partners Required Qualifications: • Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1+ years of experience in call center environment
• Intermediate to advanced PC navigation and Microsoft Office experience
