Adecco has a job opening for a Customer Service position in CINCINNATI OH. The job requires working Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm with a pay rate of $19.30 an hour.

Job Description:

As a supplier enablement contact, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, execute the supplier enablement strategy, and increase supplier participation. You should understand the benefits of accepting credit cards and help clients grow their programs by making outbound calls to suppliers. You will also maintain high service satisfaction by following up on inquiries, providing training, and updating clients and partners.

• Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensuring that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience

• While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

• One or more years of customer service experience in the financial services merchant services industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
