Full job description

Position: Customer Service Representative


Location: Warwick


Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely billing and payment processing.
  • Customer Concern Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Phone Communication: Manage incoming calls in a courteous and timely manner, providing assistance and information as needed.
  • Pricing: Assist in pricing inquiries, providing quotes, and negotiating terms with customers to secure sales opportunities.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Mathematical Proficiency: Utilize strong mathematical skills, particularly in dealing with fractions, for accurate pricing and measurement calculations.
  • Technology Utilization: Experience with using an adding machine and familiarity with E1 Plastic System software is advantageous.
  • Phone Etiquette: Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in mathematics, especially fractions, is essential.
  • Experience with an adding machine is a plus.
  • Familiarity with E1 Plastic System software is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
