Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Assist customers with product information, order status updates, and basic troubleshooting.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and interaction logs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
