Job Description - Customer Service Associate

We're currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our clients and event attendees have a positive and memorable experience with our firm. From handling inquiries to providing support during fundraising events, you'll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warm Welcome: Greet and welcome clients and event attendees with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Information Hub: Answer inquiries and provide information about our fundraising events, campaigns, and services, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication.
  • Assistance and Support: Assist clients and attendees with registrations, donations, and other transactions, providing prompt and efficient service.
  • Event Support: Provide support and assistance during fundraising events, including managing registration, overseeing activities, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Feedback Collection: Follow up with clients and attendees after events to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction, demonstrating our commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that information is organized and accessible when needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, attendees, and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
