Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls, e-mails, and customer issues that have been received from the Customer
• Manage requests for pick-up or container deliver in a timely manner and initiate outbound calls to customers as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve potential delivery and/or pick-up problems before they result in a service issue.
• Gather and maintain route sheet documentation for pick-ups (scheduled, missed, extra pick-ups), route completions, and driver locations.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and fellow co-workers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, providing professional customer support.
• Work closely with transportation subcontractors, process shipments, and ensure they are delivered within agreed terms.
• Processing customer orders, returns and customer requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and rectifications.
Job Requirements:Position Requirement
1 years of analytical or customer service related working experiences.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Operations, Statistics, or a related field
Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent data analysis skills, capable of focusing on key metrics and trends to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
Solid communication and project management skills
