Customer Service Inside Sales

We’re hiring a motivated inside sales representative to join our rapidly expanding team! You’ll be responsible for closing sales with insurance leads and driving the team’s revenue to meet sales goals. • Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients
• Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports
• Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase
• Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling
• Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of

Qualifications:

• One year of work experience in sales
• Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills
• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software
